CME personnel arrived onsite at 0800.
Arrived onsite and met with Wayne at the corner of Meadow Crest and Chinquapin to walk through the Black Bart
project. The area walked today included Meadow Crest Drive, pages 1 and 4 of the approved plan set. We also
walked Clear Creek Road, page 2 and Muir Lane page 3.
The walk was to get an idea of the location of the existing utilities and possible pot hole locations. Wayne marked
only one pothole and that was at the intersection of Meadow Crest and Chinquapin where the tie in is to occur.
Pictures were also taken of the meters that could be seen along with any areas that home owners might try to place
blame on the contractor or district in hopes of repair or replacement. Photos were taken of the ones visible and
some could not be located. It was possible that they were covered with snow or pine needles, these will have to be
located by the District.
Also drove over to Ham Lane but there was no sign of the contractor working there today.
