CME personnel arrived onsite at 8:00am.
Arrived onsite (Black Bart) and did not see the contractor and drove to the Bijou/Bowers site to see if contractor
was going to resume work there.
The contractor was working on the north shore and did not plan to return until tomorrow.
Took advantage to go and get photos of some of the other streets for the project. Hank Monk, Horace Greeley,
Snowshoe Thompson were walked and photographed services that could be located. Lay out was also performed
for the new fire hydrants in the Meadow Crest area.
