Notes: (Visitors, Incidents, Accidents): Per our field meeting, you directed the contractor to do the following: 1. Continue the rock slope along the slope east of the driveway, then wrap it around to follow east along the river. Using the larger 12” rock to build the line at the toe of the slope.   1a. Install snow stakes along toe of slope (approximately 4-6 stakes) 2. Use the existing cobbles in the “flat” area along the south end of the property. 3. Remove the four piers and posts. Replace piers with an 8” wide x 18” tall “curb”. With 8” exposed above the existing elevation of the wet well. Install four new “H” brackets and wooden post (4”x8”) to be painted later when the building is repainted. 4. Remove the odd shape asphalt sections around the wet well and replace with 4” thick concrete slab. Slab is to continue three feet past the east side of the building and one foot past the west side of the building. 5. Remove 90° 6” elbow from the existing bypass and install 6” blind flange and a B1017 box over the riser pipe. Keep box elevation low to not impact snow removal. Not a direction but there was discussion of increasing asphalt replacement potentially another 90+- feet from the planed end of paving limits.
