Pursuant to its Resolution No. 643, calling for bids on the sale of $1,400,000 Sewer Revenue Bonds of 1966~ adopted by this Board on December 17, 1965 pursuant to the terms of Re No. 641, A Resolution Providing for the Issuance of Se~.~er Revenue Bonds, Fixing the Form of Bonds and Providing Covenants for Their Protection, adopted by said Board on December 17, 1965, which Re- solution is incorporated herein by reference, notice of said sale has been duly given, and this is the time and place fixed by said Board for receiving bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received and publicly opened, examined and declared 'by this Board. 2. Ail written bids received for the purchase of said bonds, e:ocepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejecterS, and said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to DEAN WITTER & CO.~ SAN FRANCISCO~ CALIFORNIA as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set ~rth in the Official Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepte¢~ bid. 3.
