AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 114 AND PROVIDING
STREET LIGHTING SERVICE CHARGES
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT as follows:
I. It is hereby determined by the Board that the cost to the District
to supply street lighting on a pbblic street within the District is two and one-
half cents ($0.025) per month per lineal foot of serviced lands abutting upon
a public road on lands serviced with street lighting facilities installed prior
to July I, 1966.
It is hereby determined by the Board that the cost to the District
to supply street lighting on a public street within the District is Four Cents
($0.04) per month per lineal foot of serviced lands abutting upon a public road
on lands serviced with street lighting facilities installed after July I, 1966.
2. Upon adoption, this ORDINANCE shall be posted by the Clerk of South
Tahoe Public Utility District in three (3) public places, at least one (I) week
before expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption, and shall be published
in the TAHOE DAILY TRIBUNE, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the District at least one (I) time, at least one (I) week before
the expiration of said thirty (30) days after its adoption.
3. This ORDINANCE amends and adds to only Sec. 3.05 of ORDINANCE NO.
114, passed and adopted by the said ~oard of Directors of said District on November
5, 1964. in all other respects, said ORDINANCE NO. 114 is ratified, confirmed and
in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of OCTOBER 1966, at a regular meeting
of the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DiSTRICTGby the following
