AN ORDINANCE OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBI, IC
UTILITY DISTRICT Ai~IENDING ORDINANCE NO.
210 AND PROVIDING FOR CO~TPE~SATION OF
OFFICERS OF SOUTH TAttOE PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT
BE IT 'ENACTED bM the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of
Ca]_ifornia, as :~'ollows:
] That Section I., of Ordinance No. 210~ is hereby
amended to read as follows:
That the General Manager, as an officer of SOUTH TAHOE
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, shall receive as compensation for sai~
office, t~e sum of Two-Thousand Twenty Dollars (~:~2,020.00) , per
month, fifteen (15) working days vacation for each full year of
e~ployment by said District, which said vacation shall be
accumuIated to a maximu~ of thirty (30) working days, and one
(1) working clay per month sick leave for each. fu~l month of
enp!oyment by said District, which said sick leave can be accumu-
~]ated, ~without limit,~ and thirty (30) working days additional
vacation for private consof[tation and private technical writing.
The General ~anager shall also receive benefits of inaurance,
retirement and supplemental retirement benefits aut~orized b~
resolution of the Board of Directors.
2. Upon adoption, this Ordinance shall be posted by the
Clerk of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITYDISTRIC~ in three (.~)
public places, at least one (1) week before the e×piration of
thirty (~0) days after its adoption, and shall be published in
t!~e Tahoe Da~ly Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the said Dist.~ict at ]~east one (1) time~
at least one (1) week before the expiration of said thirty
dams after its adoption.
i~. This Ordinance amends only Section i, of Ordinance
~o. 210, Passed and. adopted by the Board of Directors of said
District on the 17th day of June, 1971. In all other respects,
