ORDINANCE NO. 218
AN ORDINANCE AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1970-2
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
1. Pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1554 adopted by
this Board on May 6, 1971, as subsequently amended, and its
Resolution calling for bids on sale of bonds, notice of said sale
has been duly given, and this is the time and place fixed therein
for receiving bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids
have been received and publicly opened, examined and declared by
this Board.
2. All written bids received for the purchase of said bonds,
excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected,
and said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to
San Francisco Securities as the highest
responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of
the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale and in
said accepted bid.
3. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to
have the bonds printed and that the same be signed, sealed and
delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor as
above stated, and upon the performance of the conditions contained
in said written offer.
4. That the interest, rate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid°

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of an Ordinance adopted by the Board of Directors
of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County,
California, at a meeting thereof duly held on the 18th day of
