Ordinance No. 210 ORDINANCE NO. 2 1 0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS. 155 AND 158 AND PROVIDING FOR COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as follows: 1. That Section 1., of Ordinance No. 158, is hereby amended to read as follows: That the General Manager, as an officer of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, shall receive as compensation for said office, the sum of Two-Thousand Twenty Dollars, ($2,020.00) per month, fifteen (15) working days vacation for each full year of employment by said District, which said vacation shall be accumulated to a maximum of 'thirty (30) working days, and one (1) working day per month sick leave for each full month of employment by said District, which said sick leave can be accumulated, without limit. Upon retirement at age 62 or older, the General Manager shall be paid accumulated sick leave to a maximum of 1,040 hours. Upon death of the General Manager, his beneficiary shall be paid accumulated sick leave to a maximum of 1,040 hours. 2. That Section 1., of Ordinance No. 155, is hereby amended to read as follow s: That the Clerk, as an Officer of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLICUTILITY DISTRICT, shall receive a compensation for said office, the sum of One-Thousand Four Hundred Dollars, ($1,400.00) per month, fifteen (15) working days vacation for each full year of employment by said District, which said vacation can be accumulated to a maximum of thirty (30) working days, and one (1) working day per month sick leave for each full month of employment by said District, which said sick leave can be accumulated, without limit. Upon retirement at age 62 or older, the Clerk shall be paid accumulated sick leave to a maximum of 1,040 hours. Upon death of the Clerk, his beneficiary shall be paid accumulated sick leave to a maximum of 1,040 hours. 3. The compensation provided by this Ordinance shall be effective Iuly 1, 1971. --1-- 4. Upon adoption, this Ordinance shall be posted by the Clerk of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT in three (3) public places, at least one (1) week before the expiration of thirty (30) days after [ts adoption, and shall be published in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the said District at least one (1) time, at least one (1) week before the expiration of said thirty (30) days after its adoption. 5. This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 198 in [ts entirety and supersedes and nullifies said Ordinance No. 198 and amends only Section 1, of Ordinance No. 158, passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of said District on December 7, 1967, and Section 1, of Ordinance No. 155, passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of said District on October 5, 1967. In all other respects, said Ordinance Nos. 155 and 158 are ratified, confirmed and in full force and effeot.
