The President of said Board of Directors is hereby authorized to execute a written option agreement dated the 3rd day of September, 1.970, between Tahoe-Douglas District, Elk Point Sanitation District, Kingsbury General Improvement District and Kingsbury General. Improvement District }~2, and South Tahoe Public Utility District, which option agreement is on file with the Cler~ or saim District~ and reference thereto is made hereof. 2. The~Clerk of South Tahoe Public Utility District is hereby directed to attest to said President's signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said District. 3. The Preside~t shall not execute said wFitten option agreement and the Clerk shall not attest to his signature until said option agreement is duly executed by Tahoe-Douglas District, Elk Point Sanitation District, Kingsbury General Improvement District and Kingsbury General Improvement ~istrict p2, and saim option agreement, so executed, placed on file with the Clerk of South Tahoe Public Utility District, together with certified copies of required resolutions or ordinances authorizing the execution of sai~ written option agreement hy said Districts. 4.. Upon adoption, this Ordinance shall be posted in three {3) public places st least seven (7) days prior to the expiration of thirty {30) days from the date of its shall be published in The Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper or general circulation published in the ~}istrict, one {1) time at least seven {7) days prior to thirty {30) days from the date of its adoption. 4 5 6 ? 8 9 10 5.
