AN ORDINANCE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1968-3F
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1968-3G
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
1. Said Board did in open session on the llth day of December,
1969, publicly examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the
work to be done and improvements to be made, as described and specified
in Resolution of Intention No. 1340, adopted by said Board on October 2,
1969, as subsequently amended, and in Resolution of Intention No. 1354,
adopted by said Board on November 6, 1969, to which resolutions refer-
ence is hereby ~ade for a description of the work to be done and
improvements to be made and the materials, supplies and equipment to be
furnished therefor.
2o That said Board hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids
except that hereinafter mentioned~ and hereby awards the contract for
doing the work~ making the improvements and furnishing the materials~
supplies and equipment necessary therefor, to the lowest responsible
bidder, to wit: Kirkwood-Bly, Inc.

at the unit prices named in its bid.
3. That the President of said District is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and
to receive and approve all bonds in connection therewith, and the Clerk
of said Board is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix
thereto the official seal of said District.

I hereby, certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of an ordinance adopted by the Board of Directors of the South
Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, at a
