Ordinance No. 183STPUD:DWC:cc 11-21-68 ORDINANCE NO. 183 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51 AND NO. 99 AMENDING FEES FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT annexation. C. BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as follows: 1. That section 2, entitled "Annexation Fee (New Territory)" of Ordinance No. 51 be amended as follows: "The owner of any lot, parcel or piece of territory which was not petitioned for inclusion in the original boundaries of the South Tahoe Public Utility District at the time of the formation of said District, or the owner of any lot, parcel~or piece of territory which has not been petitioned for inclusion by annexation to said District in any proceedings for annexation to said District shall, prior to the time of annexation of such territory , pay to South Tahoe Public Utility District an annexation fee equal to the sum of: a. Per acre annexation fees: (1) If the petition for annexation is filed with said District during the calendar year 1969, $700.00 per acre; (2) If the petition for annexation is filed with said District after 1969, $1,500.00 per acre; (3) In the event that the territory per acre annexation fee is less than $700.00, as computed in Paragraph 1 a and (2) hereof, the minimum parcel annexation fee shall be $700.00 after the year 1968. The assumption of said lot, parcel or piece of territory's proportionate share of all the existing outstanding indebtness of South Tahoe Public Utility District at the time of annexation of said lot, parcel or piece of territory proposed to be annexed." 2. This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 99 in its entirety and supersedes and nullifies said Ordinance No. 99, passed and adopted by said Board of Directors of said District on luly 18, 1963, and amends only Section 2 of Ordinance No. 51, passed and adopted by the said Board of Directors of said District on February 4, 1960. In all other respects, said Ordinance No. 51 is ratified, confirmed, and in full force and effect. 3. Effective date: Upon adoption, this ordinance shall be posted in three (3) public places at least seven (?) days prior to the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its passage, and shall be published in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the District, at least seven (?) days prior to thirty (30) days from the date of its passage and shall take effect [anuary 1, 1969.
