Ordinance No. 155 - RetiredORDINANCE NO. 155 AN ORDINANCE OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 110 AND 121 AND PROVIDING FOR COMPENSA- TION OF CLERK OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT BE IT ENACTED, by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, as follows: W'HEREAS, t:he Board of Directors of the said District did at a duly held meeting on [une 16, 1966, provide for the additional duties of Assistant General Manager, and, upon the Clerk of the South Tahoe Public Utlity District, WHEREAS, said Board provided for the compensation of said Clerk to be $1,000.00 per month, fifteen (15) working days vacation for each full year of employment, and one (1) working day per month sick leave for each full month of employment. NOl~r, THEREFORE, BE IT AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Clerk is an Officer of the South Tahoe Public Utllty District shall receive as compensation for said office, 'the sum of one-thousand fifty- dollars ($1,050.00) per month, fifteen (15) working days vacation for each full year of employment by said District, which said vacation can be accumulated to a maximum of thirty (30) w, orking days, and one (1) working day per month sick leave for each full month of employment by said District, which said sick leave can be accumulated. 2. The Board hereby imposes the additional duties upon the Clerk of Office Manager, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant General Manager and the compensation, which the clerk shall receive, therefor, is included in the compensation.for his duties as Clerk. 3. This Ordinance rescinds Ordinance No. 110, enacted August 6, 1964, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, Ordinance No. 121, enacted ~une 17, 1965, by 'the Board of Directors of the said District. 4. This Ordinance shall be [n effect thirty (30) days after its passage. At least one (1) week before expiration of said Thirty Days, copies of said Ordinance shall be posted at ~three (3) public places in the said District, and ORDINANCE NO, 155 -2- at least one (1) week before the expiration of said thirty days, this Ordinance shall be published in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in 'the said District, one (1) time. vote: PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of OCTOBER 1967, by the following AYES: Directors Fesler, Wakeman, Hegarty, Kortes, Ream NOES: None ABSENT: None ROBERTI&r.
