Ordinance No. 316 - RetiredJHHW:RJH:sc 06/13/80 ORDINANCE NO. 3 i 6 AN ORDINANCE AWARDING SALE OF BONDS FALLEN LEAF LAKE FOREST SERVICE PERMITTEES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1979-1 BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that 1. This Board has received a written offer from Stone & Youngberg, San Francisco, California, to purchase bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assessments levied in proceedings had pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2156, adopted by this Board on August 16, 1979. 2. The public interest and convenience will be served by the acceptance of said offer. 3. Said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to Stone & Youngberg, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in said written offer. 4. The Finance Officer be, and is hereby, directed to have the bonds printed and the same to be signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount to be paid therefor as stated in said Offer, and upon the performance of the conditions contained in said written offer. 5. The interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said offer.
