AN ORDINANCE OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT ~ENDING ORDINANCE NOS.
263, 273 AND 274, AND PROVIDING FOR THE
COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS OF THE SOUTH
TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH
TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of
California, as follows:
1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 263,as amended by
Ordinance No. 274, shall be as follows~
That the General Manager, as an Officer of the South
Tahoe Public Utility District, shall receive as compensation
for said office, the sum of THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY
EIGHT DOLLARS ($3,168,00) per month, retroactive to January
1, 1979.
2. That Section 5.a of Ordinance No. 263, as amended by
Ordinance No. 274, shall be as follows:
That the Assistant General Manager, as an Officer of
the South Tahoe Public Utility District, shall receive as compen-
sation for said office, the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
SIXTY DOLLARS ($2,560.00) per month, retroactive to January
1, 1979.
3. That Section 3.a of Ordinance No 263~ as amended,
shall be as follows:
That the Clerk, as an Officer of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, shall receive as compensation of said
office, the sum of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR
($1,784.00) per month, retroactive to July 6, 1978.

4. Upon adoption, this Ordinance shall be posted by the
Clerk of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, in three (3)
public places, at least one (1) week before expiration of the
thirty (30) days after its adoption, and shall be published in
the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published in said District one (1) time at least
one (1) week before expiration of said thirty (30) days after
its adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED at a duly held meeting of the
Board of Directors on the 1st day of MARCH 1979, by the
following votes:
