Ordinance No. 275 - SupersededORDINANCE NO. 275 AN ORDINANCE A~4ENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 266, 134 and 114 AND PROVIDING FOR SEWER SERVICE AND STREET LIGHTING SERVICE CHARGES - SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, E1 Dorado County, California, as follows: 1. That ARTICLE III, Sec. 3.01 General Rates - Sewer Services of Ordinance No. 114 is hereby amended as follows: There is hereby established an annual service charge at a monthly service charge of Three Dollars and Forty-Five Cents(S3.45) per unit per month, With a minimum charge for connection to the sewers of the District of Six Dollars and Ninty Cents ($6.90) per month. 2. That ARTICLE III, Sec. 3.05 General Rules - Street Light- ing Services: of Ordinance No. 114 is hereby amended as follows: (a) It is hereby determined by the Board that the cost to the District to supply street lighting on a public street within the District is Fifty Cents ($0.50) per year per lineal foot of serviced lands abutting upon a public road on lands serviced with street lighting facilities installed prior to July 1, 1966. (b) It is hereby determined by the Board that the cost to the District to supply street lighting on a public street within the District is Eighty Cents ($0.80) per year per lineal foot of serviced lands abutting upon a public road or lands serviced with street lighting facilities installed after July 1, 1966. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon the expiration of thirty (30) days after its passage or on July 1, 1978, whichever is later in time, and. shall be posted by the Clerk of the South Tahoe Public Utility District at three public places in said District at least one (1) week before the expiration of said period after its passage and shall further be published in the Tahoe -1- Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation, one (1) time at least one (1) week before the expiration of said period. 4. This Ordinance supersedes Ordinance Nos. 266, and 134 and amends ARTICLE III, Sections 3.01 and 3.05 of Ordinance No. 114, of the South Tahoe Public Utility District. In all other respects said Ordinance No. 114, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 195 and 252 is hereby ratified, confirmed and in full force and effect.
