Ordinance No. 282 - RetiredORDINANCE NC. 282 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 208 AND PROVIDING FOR EXPENSES CF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT as follows: 1. Each Director and Officer shall be allowed expenses as follows: Mileage for use of personal vehicle for District business - 20 cents per mile for the first 1,000 miles per trip and then 8 cents per mile for any excess. Expenses while on Dist'riCt business- Actual costs thereof. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon the expiration of thirty (30) days after its passage and shall be posted by the Clerk and Ex-officio Secretary at three (3) public places in the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT at least one (1) week before the expiration of said period and shall further be published in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation, one (1) time only, at least one (1) week before the expiration of said period. 3. This Ordinance amends and supersedes Ordinance No. 208 passed and adopted by said Board of Directors on June 17, 1971.
