ORDINANCE NO. 239
AN ORDINANCE AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
$450,000 SEWER REVENUE BONDS OF 1973
JOHNSON BOULEVARD PUMPING STATION AND
INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the South TahOe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
1. Pursuant to its Resolution No. 1805 calling for bids on
the sale of $450,000 Sewer Revenue Bonds of 1973, adopted by this
Board on June 7, 1973, notice of said sale has been duly given, and
this is the time and place fixed by said Board for considering bids
for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received
and publicly opened, examined and declared.
2. Ail written bids received for the purchase of said bonds,
excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby rejected
and said bonds be, and they are hereby ordered sold to
Gibralco,, Inc,
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject
to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Official Notice
of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
3. The Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to have said bonds
printed, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed and deliv-
ered to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor as above
stated, and upon the performance of the conditions contained in said
written offer.
4. The interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby
fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Board of Directors of the
South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California,
at a meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of August, 1973, by the
