DISTRICT AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 221 AND 245'~AI~i5
PROVIDING FOR COMPENSATION OF THE GENERAL MANAGER
OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT,
County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as follows:
1. That the General Manager, as an Officer of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, shall receive as compensation for said office, the sum of One
Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Dollars, ($1,815.00) per month.
2. The provisions of Section 22, Vacation Leave with Pay, and Section
23, Sick Leave with Pay, of Ordinance No. 162, Personnel Ordinance, as amended,
or hereafter amended, are applicable to the office of General Manager.
3. The General Manager of the District shall also have the duties of
Clerk and Ex-officio Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, and Accountant, and the
compensation which the General Manager shall receive therefore is included in
the compensation for his duties as General Manager.
4. The compensation provided by this Ordinance shall be effective
October 14, 1974.
5. This Ordinance when effective amends and supersedes Ordinances
Nos. 221 and 245, Providing for Compensation of Officers of South Tahoe Public
Utility District, Ordinance No. 246, Providing for Additional Duties of the General
Manager, and Ordinance No. 247, Providing for the Duties of the Clerk of the South
Tahoe Public Utility District. Ordinance No. 65, An Ordinance Defining the Duties
and Powers of the General Manager, is ratified, confirmed and in full force and
effect.
6. Upon adoption, this Ordinance shall be posted by the Clerk of the
South Tahoe Public Utility District in three (3) public places, at least one (1)
week before the expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1974, at a duly
held meeting of the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT

I am a citizen of the United States and a resident of the
County foresaid; I am over the age of eighteen years, and
not a part to or interested in the above-entitled matter. I
am the principal clerk of the printer of The Tahoe Daily
Tribune. Tahoe Sierra Tribune, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published daily in the City of
South Lake Tahoe, County of El Dorado, and which
newspaper has been adjudged a newspaper of general
circulation by the Superior Court of the County of El
Dorado, State of California, under the date of March 6,
1970 Case Number 18569, that the notice of which the
annexed is a printed copy (set in type not smaller than
nonpareil), has been published in each regular and en-
tire issue of said newspaper and not in any supplement
