AN ORDINANCE OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS.
250 AND 262 AND PROVIDING FOR COMPENSATION
OF OFFICERS OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as follows:
1. That the General Manager, as an Officer of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, shall receive as compensation for said office, the sum of
TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY TWO DOLLARS, ($2,792.00) per month.
2. The provisions of Section 22, Vacation Leave with Pay, and Section
23, Sick Leave with Pay, of Ordinance No. 162, Personnel Ordinance, as
amended, are applicable to the office of General Manager. The General Manager
shall also receive insurance, retirement and supplemental retirements benefits
authorized by resolution of the Board of Directors.
3. That the Clerk, as an Officer of the South Tahoe Public Utility
District, shall receive as compensation for said office, the sum of TWO I~., i~,
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY SIX DOLLARS, ($2,296.00) per month.
4. The provisions of Section 22, Vacation Leave with Pay, and Section
23, Sick Leave with Pay, of Ordinance No. 162, Personnel Ordinance, as
amended, are applicable to the office of Clerk. The Clerk shall also receive
insurance, and retirement benefits authorized by resolution of the Board of
Directors.
5. The Board hereby imposes the additional duties upon the Clerk of
Finance Officer, Assistant Treasurer, Accountant, and Assistant General Manager
and the compensation, which the Clerk shall receive, therefore, is included in
the compensation for his duties as Clerk.
6. This Ordinance when effective amends and supersedes Ordinances
Nos. 250.~and 262, Providing for Compensation of the General Manager of South
Tahoe Public Utility District. Ordinance No. 65, An Ordinance Defining the
Duties and Powers of the General Manager, is ratified, confirmed and in full
force and effect.

7. Upon adoption, this Ordinance shall be posted by the Clerk of
the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT in three (3) public places, at
least one (1) week before the expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption,
and shall be published in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in said District at least one (1) time, at
least one (1) week before the expiration of said thirty (30) days after its
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 1976, at a duly
held meeting of the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT by the following vote:
