AN ORDINANCE OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
263 AND PROVIDING FOR COMPENSATION OF
OFFICERS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY D~STRICT..
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of
California, as follows:
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 263 shall be as
follows:
That the General Manager, as an Officer of the South
Tahoe Public Utility District, shall receive as compensation
for said office, the sum of TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY
FIVE DOLLARS ($2,975.00) per month.
That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 263, shall be as
follows:
5.a - That the Assistant General Manager, as an
Officer of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, shall
receive as compensation for said office, the sum of TWO
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN DOLLARS ($2,411.00) per month.
5.b - The provisions of Section 22, Vacation Leave
with Pay, and Section 23, Sick Leave with Pay of Ordinance
No. 162, as amended, are applicable to the Office of Assistant
General Manager. The Assistant General Manager shall also
receive insurance, and retirement benefits authorized by the
Board of Directors.
5.c - The Board hereby imposes the additional duties
upon the Assistant General Manager of Finance Officer,
Assistant Treasurer, and Accountant and the compensation,
which Assistant Manager shall receive, therefore, is included
in the compensation for his duties.
This Ordinance, when effective, amends Sections
1 and 5 of Ordinance No. 263, adopted October 13, 1976
by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility
District.
Upon adoption, this ordinance shall be posted by
the Clerk of the South Tahoe Public Utility District in
three (3) public places, at least one (1) week before the
expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption, and
shall be published in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed and published in said
District one (1) time, at least one (1) week before
expiration of said thirty (30) days after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November
1977, at a duly held meeting of the Board of Directors of
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT by the following vote:
AYES: Directors Hegarty, Fesler, cocking
and Kashuba and Fieldcamp.
