Ordinance No. 362 - Retired ORDINANCE NO. 362
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR EXPENSES
AND FEES OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
BE IT ENACTED, BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, EL DORADO
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. Each Director and Officer shall be allowed
expenses as follows: Mileage for use of personal
vehicle for District business - 25 cents per mile
for the first 1,500 miles per trip. Expenses while
on District business - actual costs thereof.
2. The compensation of each Director shall be
$400.00 per month, up to a maximum of $4,800.00 per year.
3. This Ordihance shall take effect upon the
expiration oS thirty (30) days after its passage,
and shall be posted by the Clerk at three public
places in the District at least one week before the
expiration of said period, and shall be published in
the Tahoe Daily Tribune once, and supersedes and voids
any other previous ordinances.
