Ordinance No. 348 - Superseded
ORDINANCE NO. 3 4 8 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 250, ESTABLISHING RULES FOR WATER SERVICE, WATER RATES, OPERATION, METHODS FOR ENFORCEMENT ........... BE IT ENACTED, BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, EL DORADO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, as follows: 1. That Subsection 7.6 of ORDINANCE NO. 250 as amended by ORDINANCES NOS. 257 and 292 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: SCHEDULE IV SERVICE CHARGES For each disconnection and/or reconnection of a water service by request, other than for public health and safety, or for non- payment of account, during regular working hours the fee shall be $25.00 or the total of actual labor and equipment charges, which- ever is greater. For reconnection or disconnection of a water service, when reconnected or disconnected by request, or for non-payment of account, after regular working hours, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (per service call), the fee shall be $50.00, or the total of actual labor and equipment charges, whichever is greater. 2. This ORDINANCE amends SUBSECTION 7.6 of ORDINANCE NO. 250 as amended by ORDINANCE NOS. 257, 261, 269, 276 and 292. In all other respects, siad ORDINANCE NOS. 250, 257, 261, 267, 276 and 292 are ratified, confirmed and in full force and effect. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty days from the date of its enactment. At least one week before the expiration of said 30 days period, copies of said ORDINANCE NO. 348 shall be posted by the Clerk of the South Tahoe Public Utility District at three public places within said District, and at least one week before the expiration of said 30 day period, this ORDINANCE shall be published in the Tahoe Daily Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said District one time.
