Ordinance No. 350, which should be signed and placed in the District files, is the one which includes Street Lighting Charges mailed to you on June 23, 1983. Ordinance No. 351 regarding Water Service Charges is correct. There should be an affidavit of publication for Wednesday, June 22, 1983, and Bob Eppler posted the Ordinances on June 22, 1983. You will need to get a Cer- tificate of Posting for the District files. JCW:jb Yours very truly, C. W I AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING ORDINANCE NO.
