Resolution No. 1268STP UD:DWC:cc 5-1-69 RESOLUTION NO. 1268 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT CALLING FOR ADVERTISEMENT FOR SEALED PROPOSALS FOR EXISTING SECONDARY CLARIFIER MODIFICATIONS BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of SOUTH TA HOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, E1 Dorado County, California, as follows: 1. That the Board of Directors hereby calls for a Advertisement for Bids for sealed proposals for EXISTING SECONDARY CLARIFIER MODIFICATIONS, consisting of pouring a new concrete grout floor, raising the existing sweep arm, removing the existing inlet assembly, and installing a new inlet assembly as furnished by the Owner, said Advertisements for Bids to be in the form of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. Said sealed proposals shall be received at the office of said District in South Lake Tahoe, California, at the Treatment Plant thereof (Mailing Address P.O. Box AU, South Lake Tahoe, California 95705, until 3:00 P.M. on May 18, 1969, at which time all proposals shall be publicly opened and read. PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 1st day of May, 1969, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: Directors Fesler, Kortes, Ream, Hegarty andWakeman None ABSENT: None ATTES T: Robert W. Callahan, Clerk and Ex-~i-5- Secretary of the Board SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Clerk, South Tahoe Public Utility District, Treatment Plant, South Lake Tahoe, California (Mailing address: P.O. Box AU, South Lake Tahoe, California 95705), until 3:00 P.M., Thursday, May 15, 1969, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for construction of: EXISTING SECONDARY CLARIFIER MODIFICATIONS SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT The work consists of pouring a new concrete grout floor, raising the existing sweep arm, removing the existing inlet assembly, and installing a new inlet assembly as furnished by the Owner. Specifications may be examined at the South Tahoe Public Utility District Office, Treatment Plant, South Lake Tahoe, California. A copy of said Specifications may be obtained upon request.
