RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as follows: WHEREAS, the easement properties hereinafter described has become surplus to the needs of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, and the District has received additional easements from grantees in substitution and for consideration of quitclaiming to grantees of the easements hereinafter described.
