Resolution No. 1202STPUD:DWC :cc 10-17-68 RESOLUTION NO. 1202 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT CALLING FOR NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS FOR SEALED PRO- POSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TROUT CREEK TRUNK SEWER BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, E1 Dorado County, California, as follows: 1. That the Board of Directors hereby calls for a Notice to Contractors for sealed proposals for construction of Trout Creek Trunk Sewer, consisting of installing approximately 19,200 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sewer, 75 manholes, and all other work to complete the sewer, said Notice to Contractors to be in the form of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. Said sealed proposals shall be received at the office of said District in South Lake Tahoe, California, at the Treatment Plant thereof (Mailing address, P.O. Box AU, South Lake Tahoe, California 95705), until 3:00 P.M. on November ?, 1968, at which time all proposals shall be publicly opened, and will be referred to and considered by the Board at its meeting at 8:00 P. M. on said date. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT on the 1? day of October, 1968, by the following vote: AYES: Directors Fesler, Kortes, Hegarty, Wakeman and Ream NOES: None ABSENT: None Robert W. Callahan, Clerk and Ex- Officio Secretary of the Board South Tahoe Public Utility District NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the South Tahoe Public Utility District located at the Treatment Plant, P.O. Box AU, South Lake Tahoe, California 95705 until 3:00 p.m., November 7, 1968, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for construction of: SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT TROUT CREEK TRUNK SEWER The work contemplated consists of installing approximately 19,200 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sewer, 75 manholes, and all other work to complete the sewer. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code, State of California, the South Tahoe Public Utility District has ascertained the general applicable prevailing wage rates to be as shown in the Contract Documents. Contract Documents, including Plans and Specifications, may be obtained at the office of Clair A. Hill & Associates, 1525 Court Street, P.O. Box 2088, Redding, California upon payment, non-refundable of $10.00 per set. Contract Documents are available for examination at the same office. No proposal will be accepted from a contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 791, Statutes of 1929, as amended, or Chapter 37, Statutes of 1939, as amended, State of California.
