RESOLUTION NO. 1204
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT CALLING
FOR NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS FOR SEALED PRO-
POSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FOREST SERVICE
SEWER SYSTEM SCHEDULE II
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT, E1 Dorado County, California, as follows:
1. That the Board of Directors hereby calls for a Notice to
Contractors for sealed proposals for construction of FOREST SERVICE SEWER
SYSTEM SCHEDULE II, consisting of constructing four raw sewage pumping
stations, including standby power units, flowmeters, buildings, site work, and
underground electrical conduit, said Notice to Contractors to be in the form of
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. Said sealed proposals shall be received at the office of said
District in South Lake Tahoe, California, at the Treatment Plant thereof (Mailing
Address, P.O. BoxAU, South Lake Tahoe, California 95705), until 2:00 P.M.
on November 7, 1968, at which time all proposals shall be publicly opened and
read.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT on the 17th day of October, 1968, by
the following vote:

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District located at the Treatment Plant, South Lake
Tahoe, California (mailing address, P.O. Box AU, South Lake Tahoe,
California 95705), until 2:00 p.m., November 7, 1968 at which time
they will be publicly opened and read for construction of:

SCHEDULE II
The work contemplated consists of constructing four raw sewage
pumping stations, including standby power units, flowmeters,
buildings, site work, and underground electrical conduit.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code,
State of California, the South Tahoe Public Utility District has
ascertained the general applicable prevailing wage rates to be as
shown in the Contract Documents.
Contract Documents, including Plans and Specifications, may be obtained
at the office of the Clerk, South Tahoe Public Utility District and at
the office of Clair A. Hill & Associates, 1525 Court Street, P.O.
Box 2088, Redding, California upon payment, non-refundable of $10.00
per set. Contract Documents are available for examination at the
same offices.
No proposal will be accepted from a contractor who has not been
licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 791, Statutes
of 1929, as amended, or Chapter 37, Statutes of 1939, as amended,
State of California. The South Tahoe Public Utility District reserves
the right to reject any or all proposals.
