Resolution No. 1230RESOLUTION NO, 1230 A RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE DEPOSITORY BANKS NOT TO CASH ANY CHECKS PAYABLE TO THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT OR TO "CASH" RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITYDISTRICT~ County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as follows: WHEREAS, deposit accounts have been established with Bank of America, N.T. and S.A., Tahoe National Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and Crocker Citizens National Bank, NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED~ AS FOLLOWS: 1. Bank of America, N.T. and S.A., Tahoe National Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and Crocker C['tizens National Bank are not to cash any checks payable to the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT or to "CASH". 2 o The Secretary is directed to mail certified copies of this Resolution to sa id banks o PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held regular meeting of the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT on December 5, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Directors Fesler, Kortes, Wakeman, None None Hegarty and Ream Robert W.
