~ RE~0LUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR~ OF THE ~OUTH
T~HOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT M_~KING DETERMINaTION~
AND aPPROVING THE PROPOSED DETACHMENT OF TERRITORY,
DEsIGNaTED a~ "SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DETACHMENT NO. 1968-1"
RE~OLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, as follows
~HEREAS, on November 21, 1968, this Board adopted its
Resolution No. 1Z20, A Resolution of Application by ~outh Tahoe
Public Utility District Requesting That Local Agency Formation
Commission Take Proceedings For Detachment of Territory to the
District, which resolution, together with a form of Written
Consent of ali of the owners of land of all the territory
proposed to be detached was filed with the F~ecutive Officer of
the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of E]~ Dorado;
and
WF~ERE~, on December 18, 1968, the Local Agency
Formation Commission of E1 Dorado County adopted its Resolution
No. ~.~-68 . , A Resolution of the Local ~gency Formation Commissi~
of the County of E1 Dorado Making Determinations and Approving
the Proposed Detacbament of Territory, Designated as "South Tahoe
Public Utility District Detachment No. 1968-1", from the South
Tahoe Public Utility District; and
WHEREa~, becaus~ of the geographical location of the
territory to be detached, there is presently no'prospect that
said t~rritory will require s~wer services or other services which
can be furnished by south Tahoe Public Utility District within
th~ reasonably foreseeable future and will not be benefited by
continued inclusion in said District; and
WHEREa~, the detachment of said territory from the
~outh Tahoe Public Utility District was authorized and directed
by said Local ~gency Formation Commission by its said Resolution

No. 17-68 without notice and hearing by the Board of Directors
and without an election therefore; and
WHER~, all published, posted and mailed notices of
all proceedings subject of this said resolution whether proceedin~
by said Local agency Formation Commission or this Board of
Directors of the ~outh Tahoe Public Utility District has been
published, made and given as required by applicable law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, IT I~ FOUND, DETERMINED aND ORDERED THaT
1. The territory proposed to be detached from the
~outh Tahoe Public Utility District is uninhabited, as such term
is defined in Government Code, section ~604~, and the description
of the exterior boL~daries of the territor7 is set forth in
Exhibit "~" attached hereto (~outh Tahoe Public Utility District
Detachment No. 1968-1) and made a part hereof, and that no
written or oral protests were filed.
2. The detachment from the South Tahoe Public Utility
District is approved as requested in the aforementioned Resolution
No. 1220, adopted by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public
Utility District on November ~1, 1968, and shall be made subject
to no terms and conditions, provided, that those terms and
conditions established in connection with detachments of areas
from the public utility districts are in no way affected by this
detachment from said district°

the Board of Directors of South Tshoe Public Utility District
on December 19, 1968, by the following vote:
