Resolution No. 1310 - Rescinded RESOLUTION NO. 1310 A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-4B RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that INHEREAS, the public interest, convenience and necessity require that the acquisitions in the proceedings conducted pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1066, adopted by this Board on May 16, 1968, as subse- quently amended, include the acquisition hereinafter described; I/VHEREAS, there are sufficient unencumbered funds in the construction fund for said assessment district to pay the cost of said acquisition, by reason of which the changes and modifications hereinafter ordered will not increase the total amount of the assessment or the amount of any individual assessment; NOl~f THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that: 1. The acquisitions in said proceedings be, and are hereby, changed and modified by adding thereto the following: The acquisition within the boundaries of said assessment district of a right of service and use in the existing sanitary sewage facilities of Improvement District No. U-1 of said Utility District which help provide service to and which are of benefit to the properties within said area, such right of service and use to cover and include only one normal resi- dential building for each assessment parcel (being three units as defined for the purpose of Ordinance No. 181 of said Utility District). 2. The estimate of the costs of the acquisitions and improvements herein be, and is hereby, revised by reducing the following items therein by the following amounts, to wit: Construction Cost Easements and Acquisitions Bond Discount Total Reduction $ 17,490.91 6,000.00 6,689.09 $ 30,180.00 3. Said estimate of costs be, and is hereby, revised by adding thereto an item for "Right-of-service fees - U-1 Trunk Sewers" in the amount of $30,180.00. 4. The total cost to be assessed and the total assessment and individual assessments shall remain the same. 5. The Clerk of this District shall make sa~d revisions in the est[mate of costs on the face of the copy thereof on file in his office, and the District Engineer shall make said revisions on the face of the copy thereof on file in his office.
