Resolution No. 1361WJML~ GHM~ dao 6/30/69 ll0c RESOLUTION NO~ 1361 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION N0~ 47 SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NOo 1952-1 RESOLVED~ by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District~ El. Dorado County~ California~ that WHRREAS~ an assessment and d~agram was made and filed with the Secretary of said District~ all pursuant to Resolution of In- tention NCo 47 ~ adopted by the Board of Directors of said District on September 3 ,~ !955 ~ and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913~ and said assessment was confirmed by said Board on the 7th day of October and recorded ln, the cffice of the County Surveyor of said County on March 5 WHEREAS~ certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against whlch bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 191!5~ have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW~ THER, EFORE~ IT lis ORDERED~ that~ 1o The Distr~cr Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the District Secretary a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lovs and parcels so dlvided~ said parcels being designated &ssessmen~ Nos,~ 114, 171 and 172 2o That the unpaid :lnstallments of said original assess- ments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several, parts of the original lots or parcels, and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be equal, to the unpaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of lando 3o That Thursdays the ~th d~y of December , 19 69, at the hour of 8:00 o~clock PoM~) at tlhe regular meeting place of said Board.9 District 0ffice~ Treatment Plant~ Johnson Road near junction with Black Bart S~reet~ Tahoe Valley, California, be~ and the same .is,~e~,,~ ~ ~ fixed as the ti. me and place for hearing said amended assessment before said Boa~rdo 4~ That the Secretary of said District shall advertise the time and place of such hearing before the Board of Directors by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the Tahoe Daily Tribune . ~ a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the District, the first publicatl~on being not less than fifteen (15) days before said hearing° ATTEST Clerk and ex-officio Secretary President of the South Tahoe Public Utility District I hereby certify chat the foregoing is a full~ true and correct copy of a resolution duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District~ E1 Dorado Countyj Califo~rnia:~ at a meeting thereof duly held on the 6th day of November ~ 1969j by the following vote: AYES~ and lin favor thereofj Directors~ Fesler, ~Vakeman, Hegarty and Kortes NOES:~ Dx.~ e~ ~o~ ~ ~ None ABSENT~ Directors~; 'Ream ×.,~ / ~.~ ~ ~ Clerk and ex,-offi~io Secreta~ of the South Tahoe Public Utility District NOTICE OF HEARING ON AMENDED ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. 1952-1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the order of the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, the District Engineer thereof has filed with me an amended assessment together with his report and map thereof, of the parcels shown as Diagram and Assessment Nos. ll4, ltl and 172 on the diagram and assessment heretofore confirmed by said Board on October 7, 1955, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 47, adopted by said Board on September 3, 1955, to all of which reference is hereby made for further particulars. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on the 4th day of December, 1969, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the regular meeting place of said Board, District Office, Treatment Plant, Johnson Road near junction with Black Bart Street, Tahoe Valley, California, a hearing will be had on said amended assessment, at which time all persons interested in said original assessments, or in the lands affected thereby, or in the bonds secured there- by, may appear and protest against the same.
