Resolution No. 1377 RESOLUTION NO.. 1377 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION TROUT CREEK TRUNK SEWERS RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, the District Engineer of said District has filed with the Clerk of said District, his Engineer's Certificate as to the completion of all of the work provided 'to be done under and pursuant to the contract between said District and H. M. Byars Construction Company dated December 5, 1968, and WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Board that said work under said contract has been fully completed and done as provided in said contract and the plans and specifications therein referred to: NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it is hereby made and ordered. 2. That the Clerk of Board and Ex-Officio Secretary is directed to execute and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of E1 Dorado, Notice of Completion thereof, as required by law. 3. That the District does not claim any liquidated damages or cost pursuant to Article B.2 of the General Conditions of said contract. RobertW.
